The Town Board’s next meeting to revise our Zoning Code will be an extended discussion session on Wednesday, November 20, at 3:00pm with time scheduled until 9:00pm in Town Hall, 11 South Main Street.
The purpose of the meeting is to complete remaining sections of Zoning Code that the Town Board has not yet reviewed.
Items for consideration will be:
- Parking Regulations
- Nonresidential Districts Regulations
- Sign Regulations
- Residential Design Standards
- Consider RRAA amendment to include Duplex, Triplex and Quadraplex Housing in RRAA Districts
- Consider Supplemental Use Regulations amendment to accommodate ground-mounted solar panels
- Consider Incentive Zoning amendment to include more moderately priced Senior housing as an incentive
