Pittsford Community Library Foundation
The Pittsford Community Library Foundation was established in 1994 to receive and manage special bequests and contributions to the Pittsford Community Library in order to augment public support of the library. PCL Foundation funding supports Library programs, materials, and special projects.
The Foundation relies on individual donations and bequests. General gifts and gifts to honor or memorialize a special person are welcomed. Support via check can be dropped off at the Library or mailed to the Pittsford Community Library Foundation, and sent to:

The Pittsford Community Library Foundation is an incorporated charitable foundation that manages special bequests and contributions to the Pittsford Community Library. A not-for-profit organization, the PCL Foundation is approved by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c) 3 entity, thereby qualifying all contributions as fully tax-deductible.
Friends of the Pittsford Community Library
The Friends of the Pittsford Community Library is a 501c3 tax non-profit organization devoted to promoting awareness and knowledge of the services and needs of the Pittsford Community Library. The Friends augment Library services, programs, and materials, and support library advocacy initiatives.
The Friends hold two annual sales of donated books. The funds earned support library programs and expand the library collection. The Friends accept donations of good condition books, DVDs, and books-on-cd throughout the year. Materials can be placed in the donation box in the main library hallway or a staff member at the Information Desk can unlock the workroom for large donations. Tax donation forms are available at the Information Desk.
