The Human Resources Department coordinates the Town's hiring procedures including job postings, staff recruitment and selection, and new employee orientation. The Human Resources Director provides employee support in the form of training, development, and benefit management.

Application Process
The Town accepts job applications for currently open recruitments. Application materials are reviewed for relevant education, training and experience. Applicants' best meeting the Town's needs will be invited to participate in a selection process that may include a written exam, performance exam and/or an interview. Depending on the applicant pool, not all applicants meeting the minimum qualifications will necessarily be selected to participate in the hiring process.
