King's Bend Park Lodge Reservations for 2025 begin 11/4/24 for residents

Hold your special occasion at King's Bend Park! Beginning Monday, November 4 at 12:00pm, residents of the Town of Pittsford may reserve a 2025 date for the King's Bend Park lodges. Reservations may be made online by creating or logging into your account or by dropping off or mailing in a reservation request form.  

For those dropping off or mailing in a request, please note payment is due at the time of the request.  Any hard copy request (dropped off or mailed in) should indicate a first priority and second priority date.  Forms dropped off or mailed in are not guaranteed to receive the requested date(s), as reservation requests require processing time.  
 
In-person reservations will be accepted during regular office hours (Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm).  Any requests received outside of office hours will be processed on the next business day. 

PLEASE NOTE: All reservations, online or hard copy, are subject to review.
 
Lodge reservations for those who are not Pittsford residents will begin on Thursday, January 2, 2025, after 12:00pm. 

3 Tips for Reserving a Lodge:

• Have your login information handy, or register for an account ahead of time, to avoid any delays.
• Have a few dates on hand as second or third-choice options in case your preferred date isn’t available.
• Review the Lodge Rules and Regulations prior to booking to avoid any conflicts during the approval process.
