Children's Craft and Live Holiday Music at the Library on Candlelight Night, Dec. 6

CHILDREN'S CRAFT AND LIVE HOLIDAY MUSIC AT THE LIBRARY ON CANDLELIGHT NIGHT

While you're enjoying Pittsford’s Candlelight Night this Tuesday, December 6, be sure to stroll into the Pittsford Community Library. We'll have plenty of live holiday music and a fun craft for kids. From 5:30 - 6:30pm 20th Century Vox will perform winter holiday favorites with opportunities to sing along! From 7:00 - 8:00pm the Ann Mitchell Jazz Trio will showcase timeless holiday classics and some forgotten gems of the season.
 

In our Storytale Room, Children ages 3-8 will enjoy decorating a winter mask; crafting will be ongoing from 5:00 - 8:00pm. All activities are free, open to the public, and suitable for all ages. The Pittsford Community Library is located at 24 State Street.
 
And don’t forget – the Friends of Pittsford Library Holiday Book Sale is this Tuesday, December 6 from 10:00am - 7:00pm and features a raffle for an American Girl doll. See more details below!
 

HOLIDAY SHOPPING FOR BOOK-LOVERS: CANDLELIGHT NIGHT (AND DAY!) SALE 12/6 

You can pick up some wonderful books, puzzles, music and more at the Friends of Pittsford Community Library Candlelight Night Book Sale at the Pittsford Community Library on Tuesday, December 6 from 10:00am - 7:00pm. You’ll find hardcover and paperback books, DVDs, CDs and games at great prices for a variety of age ranges and interests, from kids of all ages to adults. All items are in excellent condition – perfect for gift giving! Stop by and get some holiday shopping done early. This year the Library Friends also are raffling off an American Girl doll, “Melody" – she is valued at $110! Raffle tickets will be sold at the book sale for $2.00 each or $5.00 for three tickets. The drawing will be held at 7:00pm; if not present, the winner will be contacted. All proceeds raised from the book sale and raffle will support programs and materials for our Library. Please stop by and do some shopping if you can! The Pittsford Community Library is located at 24 State Street.
