Beds available at Community Garden for 2022

LIMITED NUMBER OF BEDS AVAILABLE AT COMMUNITY GARDEN FOR 2022

A small number of garden beds are available for the 2022 season at the Town’s Community Garden located at Thornell Farm Park (480 Mendon Road). Registrations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 9:00am this Monday, November 1.  Please note emails and calls received before 9:00am will not be eligible.  Those interested reserving a bed should contact Pittsford Parks Department General Foreman Jess Neal at jneal@townofpittsford.org; those without email can call her at 248-6495.

Each garden bed is 4' x 8' in size. Tools, water, mulch and compost are provided on-site. Click the link to see a map of the garden layout. Thornell Farm Park is located at 480 Mendon Road in Pittsford.

The Town’s Pittsford Community Garden was created in 2017 via a partnership with and financial support from the Rotary Club of Pittsford; initially it offered 40 raised garden beds.  Combined with additions over the past few years, there are now a total of 91 raised beds in the garden.
