ARPA Fund projects – your voice matters!

ARPA Fund projects picture

Identifying projects for municipal improvements that may be eligible for ARPA funding is something for all residents to consider. We want to hear your suggestions for possible uses for the $2.8 million in federal funds that the Town has received under the American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”). Meant to mitigate the adverse effects of the COVID-19 pandemic sustained by local government, ARPA funds allow municipalities to recoup revenue losses, to complete deferred projects, programs and maintenance and pursue other projects related to municipal services.

The Town Board has in mind projects that can be fully completed without recourse to other funding.   You can share your ideas with us at any Town Board meeting in person. You can also contact the Supervisor and Town Board with your suggestions via email by using this link to email all Town Board members or by visiting www.townofpittsford.org/townboard and scrolling to the link on the page. For details about the Town's ARPA funding proposals, visit our ARPA Funding web page.
