American Legions Veterans Day Ceremony is this Monday, November 11

The Town of Pittsford will join with Rayson-Miller American Legion Post 899 on Veterans Day this Monday, November 11 at 11:00am to honor all those who serve, or have served, in our country's military forces. The Legion’s Veterans Day Ceremony will take place at the Veterans Monument in William A. Carpenter Park at the Port of Pittsford, 22 North Main Street.

The public is welcome and encouraged to attend this moving tribute, which includes a presentation of colors, the placement of wreaths, a rifle salute and the playing of Taps. Click the link to view the Rayson-Miller American Legion Post 899 2024 Veterans Day Ceremony program.

A reception, also open to the public, follows at the Rayson Miller American Legion Post in the lower level of Village Hall, 21 North Main Street. The Post is handicap accessible.
