Explore Town Trails with Hit the Trail Passport Program

Any time of year is a great time to explore our Town trails. When you’re out on the trail, be sure to bring along your Pittsford Trails Wegmans Hit the Trail Passport. 

A partnership between the Town of Pittsford and Wegmans, the Wegmans Hit the Trail Passport program includes eight Pittsford trails of various lengths and degrees of difficulty. Hike or cycle six of the designated trails and receive a Wegmans reusable shopping bag. Complete all eight trails and you’re eligible to win a $250 Wegmans gift card.
