Teen Summer Reading Entry Form

Read more to win more during PCL's teen summer reading! Read to earn raffle tickets and complete an activity booklet to win a bonus prize and up to two free books. Participate in person or online. The game begins June 24 and optional registration begins June 10. The final turn-in day is August 10, and the last day to pick up prizes is August 24. For grades 6-12.
