10am-3:30pm (learner permit testing ends at 2:30pm).

Driver licenses, permits and non-driver ID cards

• Renewals for operator and motorcycle licenses, permits, and non-driver ID cards;
• CDL renewals (except with HazMat or towing endorsements);
• Written tests for operator and motorcycle permits (until 2:00 p.m.);
• Duplicates for all types of licenses, permits, and non-driver ID cards;
• Amendments to all types of licenses, permits, and non-driver ID cards;
• Services for Enhanced and Out-of-State Licenses are not provided at the Mobile DMV Units.

Registrations

• Renewals;
• New plates for passenger and commercial vehicles, trailers and motorcycles;
• Duplicate plates for passenger and commercial vehicles, trailers and motorcycles;
• Amendments to registrations for all vehicle types;
• Plate transfers (from one vehicle to another) for all vehicle types;
• Plate surrenders.

 Mobile Passport Express

Passport Express, a service of the Monroe County Clerk's Office, is available in Pittsford Town Hall, 11 S. Main Street. The County of Monroe and the Town of Pittsford are partnering to provide "Passport Express" every Wednesday, 9AM - 4PM.

No appointment is necessary and photo taking is available.
