*Proposed Zoning Code Public Hearings will be held in the Fisher Meeting Room at the Pittsford Community Library
The Zoning Code revision process is wrapping up! The Town Board will hold public hearings on the proposed revised Zoning Code on Tuesday, March 18, and Thursday, March 27, with a final vote of the Town Board anticipated for the meeting on the 27th. Both meetings begin at 6:00pm in the Fisher Room at the Pittsford Community Library, 24 State Street. By law, the Zoning Code must be in accordance with the Town’s Comprehensive Plan.
Your voice is essential! Please attend the hearings if possible. The hearings are open to the public and will be live-streamed. You can offer comments during the hearings. Those unable to attend the hearings can submit comments before or during the hearing to zoningupdate@townofpittsford.org.
