On Tuesday, December 6, from 5 - 8 PM, Pittsford celebrates the Chamber of Commerce's Candlelight Night. Pittsford's Village streets will be filled with holiday cheer and the sounds of live music, carolers and sleigh bells. Holiday lights will twinkle in the night. It will be the perfect night for shopping, dining, and enjoying holiday treats. Town Hall will be open - stop by for some cider and cookies! In addition to refreshments, many local merchants will offer special sale items. Click the link for a list of participating merchants' treats and offers. A Pittsford tradition for over 40 years, Candlelight Night provides an evening of fun for the whole family. There will be live tree lightings, lit by Tony Infantino from WRMM at 6 PM and 7 PM. Santa and The Grinch can be sighted around the Village. Treats await all with Mrs. Claus at the Historic Pittsford Little House, and there will be horse-drawn wagon rides through the village and the canal all night long. Pricing for the wagon rides is $1 per person or $5 per family. NEW this year, are the live reindeer who will be making special appearances from the North Pole throughout the night. You can also purchase a book on Santa's Reindeer and have it personally signed by Santa! For more information please click HERE.

ROAD CLOSURE: South Main Street, between State Street and Church Street will be closed to vehicle traffic between the hours of 4 - 9 PM. Free parking and shuttle is available at Sutherland High School, 55 Sutherland Street.
