3 residents named Pittsford Citizens of the Year

The town's 2008 Citizen of the Year honorees were recognized by Supervisor Carpenter and the Town Board during an award ceremony conducted at the Pittsford Community Library on Tuesday evening, 4/7.

The Citizen of the Year Award, the town's top honor, is presented annually to an individual, or individuals, whose “hard work, generosity and dedication has improved the quality of life in our community.” Each of this year’s honorees has worked tirelessly and made significant contributions through his/her many hours of volunteer service.
