The display will be up at Community Center through February 13. Once you have completed the walk, stop at the Community Center front desk and pick up a themed craft pack to take home! Out of concern for the health of their members and that of the public, the Pittsford American Legion Rayson-Miller Post 899 has canceled its Memorial Day Ceremony and, upon request from the American Legion, the Memorial Day Parade has been canceled as well. While the decision was necessary in light of COVID-19 coronavirus health and safety protocols, we understand and share the disappointment this news brings.

NEW EVENT: FOOD TRUCK WEDNESDAYS AT THORNELL FARM PARK
Food Truck Wednesdays will be held each Wednesday evening from 5:00 - 8:00pm (or until menu items are sold out), July 8 through October 21.
A different food truck will be featured each week offering items for sale at Thornell Farm Park. Vendors and menus will be listed in advance each week on the Pittsford Recreation Facebook page and in the Town eNews. Find vendor descriptions for Fall 2020 here. Be sure to join us - it’s a fun and easy dinner option! Park and get your food to go or eat in the green space with family and friends. Please note all attendees are expected to observe appropriate physical distancing and health safety protocols. Thornell Farm Park is located at 480 Mendon Road. The time is right for a Thanksgiving story come to life – and some crafty fun! Stop by the Spiegel Pittsford Community Center between November 16 - 21 and take a stroll through our “Bear Says Thanks” story walk in the Community Center field. Follow the story of Bear and see what happens when he decides to throw a feast but his cupboards are bare! Discover the generosity of his friends and the special gift Bear has to share with them. Participants are asked to follow physical distancing guidelines and bring a face mask to wear when within 6 feet of those outside of their group. Once you have completed the walk, stop at the Community Center front desk and pick up a themed craft pack to take home! Follow the story of Nicki, a young Ukrainian boy who has lost a mitten in the snow, and the animals who try to make a home of the mitten!
