Paddle and Pour Art & Music Festival

 
 
Saturday May 27 – Noon to 11:00 PM – canalside at Schoen Place
Our first festival of the season each year, founded in 2015. Enjoy craft beer and wine from upstate breweries and vineyards, live music all day, and browse the work of regional artists and artisans. Experience great food from local eateries and visit unique canalside shops. And be sure to catch the exciting competition of the Annual Pittsford Regatta. Memorial Day Parade

 
Memorial Day, Monday May 29 – 10:00 AM
Traditional patriotic parade through the Village center honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country and recognizing our veterans and those serving in the armed services, featuring a variety of marching bands and community groups; memorial service held after the parade at Pittsford Cemetery to honor the fallen. Pittsford Triathlon

 

 
Sunday June 4 – 7:00 AM

Summer Concert Series - Carpenter Park at Port of Pittsford

 
Friday evenings in June and August – 6:30 PM
Free annual concert series along the canal in Carpenter Park at the Port of Pittsford Park on Friday evenings, featuring a variety of musical styles throughout the season; open to the public. Port of Pittsford Park includes a band pavilion and amenities for boaters – potable water, electrical hookups and additional dock space. Concerts for Kids – Carpenter Park at Port of Pittsford

 
Two Wednesdays, in July and August – 6:30 PM
Free concerts along the canal in Carpenter Park at the Port of Pittsford Park on two Wednesday evenings, featuring great interactive music and fun for the whole family; open to the public. Three Thursdays in July and August – movie begins at dark – Sutherland High School fields

Pittsford Food Truck and Music Fest

 
Saturday September 9 – Noon – 9:00 PM
The town’s last big event of the season featuring delicious food from a variety of regional food trucks and local eateries and great music all day, plus carnival rides and plenty of games and activities. Held on Main Street, from the Four Corners (Monroe/State streets) to Locust Street. Admission is free and food is available for purchase; open to the public. Family Halloween Fest

Kids’ Trout Fishing Derby


Saturday May 20 – 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM - Powder Mills Park

Veterans Day Ceremony

 
Veterans Day, Saturday November 11 – 11:00 AM
This annual ceremony honoring all those in our armed services who serve, or have served, our country takes place on Veterans Day at the Veterans Monument in Carpenter Park at the Port of Pittsford, 22 North Main Street. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend this moving tribute, which includes a presentation of colors, the placement of wreaths, a rifle salute and the playing of Taps. A reception, also open to the public, follows at the American Legion Post, 21 North Main Street.
